Sonny has over 7 years of experience bartending in cocktail bars; he started at neighborhood dives before running the speakeasy the Dealer in the Upper East Side and moving on to cocktail bars Old Flings and Emma Peel Room. He is now the head bartender at Bateman’s in the East Village.
